Delete your OPW Sales account

You can request the deletion of your account and personal data from this page, whether or not you have the app installed.

What happens when you request it

• Your account will be deactivated immediately
• All your sessions will be logged out
• After 30 days, all your personal data will be permanently deleted
• Your role assignments across all organizations will be removed
• This action cannot be reversed after the 30-day period

What is kept, and why

Quotes, invoices and other documents issued by an organisation belong to that organisation and to its bookkeeping, not to you as a person. They stay with the organisation even after your account is deleted. What is erased is your personal data: name, email, phone, photo, sessions and your roles in every organisation.

How to request it

If you can still sign in

Sign in and complete the deletion from your profile. It takes effect immediately and you do not need to write to us.

If you no longer have access to your account

Write to [email protected] with the subject «Account deletion», from the email address you signed up with. We reply within 30 days at most.

Email support

If you are the only owner of an organisation

Transfer ownership to someone else or delete the organisation first. While you are its only owner, deleting your account is rejected.
